My husband and I got to Lake Lure as quick as we could.  We bought our lot above the marina when we were still living in San Antonio, Texas in 1997.  I took a job transfer in 1999 to Greenville, SC which was most appealing due to it’s proximity to Lake Lure.  We completed our home in Rumbling Bald in 2005 and now spend over half our time here.

With over 20 years in hotel management and another 8 in television ad sales I am thrilled to be working with my friends Kaye and Tracy managing property for Buffalo Junction.  I was originally licensed in 1972 and sold real estate in Wilmington, NC.

35 years of executive business management and negotiations within all levels of marketing, advertising, operations and contracts.  Prior to entering real estate, Robert was a former Account Executive for GTE specializing in the managing and selling of computer processing services to internal organizations early retiring in 1995.

Outstanding knowledge pertaining to the selling and buying of residential property both new and resale.  Specialization areas include communities such as golf, boating, family oriented, retirement and upscale/gated developments.  His key strengths are contract negotiation, advertising, excellent customer interpersonal skill sets, customer follow-up, networking and he concentrates mainly on middle to high end sellers and buyers.
